  • Riverside Yacht Club  – Greenwich, CT – Waterfront Manager  This is a full time year round position that is hands on.  You will lead a staff of 3 full time and 15 seasonal staff.  Managing Riverside Yacht Club’s 166 slips, 120 moorings, launch service and fuel dock. The department maintains a club owned fleet of approximately 30 boats and is responsible for the maintenance of all the slips and moorings.  Work regularly with several club member committees such as Race Committee, Waterways, Frostbiting, Grounds and Junior Programs.  Responsible for environmental regulations compliance, and meeting budgetary goals.  Must be familiar with both sail and power boats. Applicant must be able to work unsupervised performing marine assistance operations. Applicant must be able to make quick decisions, calmly under pressure. The position requires nights, weekends and holidays. Crew is required to be enrolled in our random drug testing program. Applicant must have a passion for working on the water and helping others.   • Town of Greenwich – Greenwich, CT  – Superintendent of Marine & Facility – Performs very responsible administrative and technical work involving the day to day operational oversight and administration of the Marine and Facilities Division, Parks and Recreation Department. The Superintendent participates in long and short term planning and budget development, prioritizes projects and directs and oversees the work of subordinates. The position exercises general supervision over the maintenance and improvement of all recreation equipment and facilities. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Parks and Recreation, Facility/Construction Management, or a closely related field or a Maritime College degree with emphasis on beaches, boating and related marine and maritime operations, plus 8 years of experience in the construction, maintenance and repair of maritime and recreational facilities including 5 years’ supervisory experience. Experience must have been obtained during the last 15 years.
